Not much different from '06. Diagree with "There is a great difference between RX 400h and RX 350 from visual point of view. " I have a 400h but I have to look carefully to distinguish it from a 330/350. 5th generation touch-screen Lexus DVD Navigation System is best feature on the 07 vs 06.

The '07 RXh has "HYBRID" written on both rear passenger's door trim. and the 400h emblem has a blue colored inlay on the rear liftgate.
