Glad to hear you have nice friendly service people. I've had great experiences at Lexus. Only once in 8 years did I have someone who tried to "sell" other services. I simply asked my usual service writer if these things were needed and his reply was no. Also, I noticed the next time I was back the service writer who tried to "sell" service was gone. Maybe there are less scrulpulous Lexus dealers but I have no question about the integrity of mine. They usually can't do enough for you.
