from one of the pics, you can see that it has the executive package...from to roof unit. this is actually a clear picture of the rims.
i would appreciate larger pictures on your blog. I want to see if the door sills actually say hybrid on it. Looks like theres something shiny next to the rear wheel

Going by just the rims I'd say yes. Other than that I don't believe
there is a cosmetic way to tell the difference with the exception of the
front lights or special colors...
Maybe they're just messing with us and it's just a regular LS

well, then why cover it up if it's just lexus and L? and you can see that there are stuff underneath. my guess is something else on this car that's different from the other LS on the road, maybe headlights, maybe the side skirt, that would make people wonder what this is, so they are trying to cover it up
matt, just post up everything you can, who knows maybe we can see something

The LS600hL is supposed to have some subtle changes to the headlights to differentiate it from the regular LS. This doesn't seem to have it. But yet, those rims look like the same ones as the LS600hL is supposed to have. My guess is it may just be a mule, an LS460L body, that's actually testing an LS600hL underneath. The LS460L body shell would make sense as to not give away the car.
Either that, or Lexus is testing an AWD variant of the LS460L.

and imagine for people who see the headlights, they would wonder what the car is. the car doesn't have the 600hl (if it's one) but if they see the lexus badge they would still know it's a lexus. now some people they have no idea what brand
just coz' the car doesn't have the 600hl on there doesn't mean it has to be 460. like andrew said, i doubt it's swb
