I have approx. 12,000 miles on my 400h. Recently I was noticeing a rattle coming from the rear everytime I went over a pot hole. Took it to the dealer and was told that this was normal. Not satisfiyed I went to another dealer and was told almost immediatley that the e-brake (emergency brake) had to be adjusted. Has anyone noticed the same condition?

I have an IS250 AWD. I had a slight "tic" noise from the right rear when going over bumps at low speed. They just fixed it today, and told me it was an adjustment in the emergency brake. I have just under 1K miles. Anyhow, no more tic!

On vehicles my uncle and I work on this does indeed occur, but if you see our road conditions down here, you wouldn't doubt it. However, with a new Lexus, this just shouldn't happen, but it unfortunately can.
