The stock 19's > stock 18's, in both design & size.
I like this 19" 7-spoke & the 19" 5-spokes on the Touring Package as well as the 19" split spokes on the Launch Edition better than the 18" on all the Executive Packages.

the 7 spoke is very nice imho. the 5 spoke is ok, a bit blah especially it looks like the wheels on the 3gs. the split spokes i really don't care much for

Since the interior of the LS600hL is quite similar to the LS460, I'm not sure what you're looking for, but here are some interior shots ...

Agreed, it looks wonderful. I love the interior color, it matches the outside nicely and there's this incredibly stylish luxury ambience.
