I have to disagree, I have hit some monster potholes with 22" forged wheels no prob. You can bend a 18" cast wheel faster than a 22" forged wheel in SOME instances, like in NYC are for example.

Very nice choice, ZONE Wheels are truly top notch we sell alot of them to Lexus customers (and MB, BMW, Porsche too!)

Enjoy them.

The dealer had to find a way to create a mark-up...

22s do look perfect on the LS. I can't believe I'm saying this but 20s almost look too small...

I think it depends A LOT on the style of the wheels.
Without lips, I think even the 19's don't look too small on the car. For wheels with prominent lips, I think I would prefer 21's the most, although I've seen a couple 22's I like too, again, depending on the design of the wheels.

i think the stock 19s look pretty good on the car stock. but somehow when i saw the touring 19s dropped (slammed), it suddenly looks very small, haha

That's a win-win for the 19s then, you can forget about the data system & save money
I absolutely hate the looks of the LS460(L) slammed anyway with ANY wheels (I do like the looks when lowered some though).

Lexus told you no way because of the electric power steering. There are 2 units, 1 for the 18's and 1 for the 19's Even though we have not experienced any trouble from the system I would not be surprised if the system had stored DTC's from a larger wheel.
