Welcome to Club Lexus! RX400h owner roll call & member introduction thread, POST HERE

Hello everyone l,
A few months ago I bought my RX which is in outstanding condition from a neighbor to babied this car. When I was going over the service records with him I noticed that the transmission fluid had never been changed although all the other fluids had been. He told me the Lexus dealership which serviced the car said it wasn’t supposed to be changed.
I don’t believe in “lifetime” fluids although I’m willing to change my mind if presented with good evidence. The car has 134K miles and I would like to know what other owners have experienced with this transmission. I always work on my own cars so I would have no problem doing this myself but if anyone in this forum has done this work I’d also be interested in hearing about your experience.
Thanks so much. I’m glad to have found this forum.

PS: It possible that fluid were not changed since Manual requires to do this "if car was driven in hard road conditions"...

New owner of a 2008 RX400h with 150k miles. Yes I overpaid, no I'm too embarrassed to share, but yes I checked Lexus' official service history and the prior (one) owner did all suggested maintenance including the inverter.
I'd be much more aggressive with modding a car but due to the age and miles, I'm likely going to keep things as-is until they need replacements...Though I am eyeing that upgrade to front Gen 3 brakes :-D

2007 RX400h
Bought in 2019
Black with tan interior
110,000 miles
Michelin Cross Climate tires (I live in Colorado)
Navigation, rear camera, power door, heated seats(I love!), tilting side mirrors
It has always had some power issues with the radio turning off and on and sometimes the side mirrors tilt when backing up and sometimes they don’t. When they do, I back up better with the long turning radius.

2007 RX 400h
Got my 2nd RX 400h AWD, this time a 1-owner 2007 with 183k miles, no accidents, gold with ivory leather, birdseye maple wood, navigation with 2015 update, back-up camera, ML sound system... basically every available option except for radar cruise control. Headlights have been replaced with new ones in the last couple years or so.
An amazing car that I honestly think looks better and has better quality than newer models of the RX.
After I purchased the car I found out that it had a new engine put in it, probably last year.
