Default Seat belts

What's up with Lexus seat belts? I am waiting for my third set. They never retract and they have chipped the paint around the door. Anyone else have this problem.

Welcome to the Club.

That was also a problem on the RX300. I think there is a design issue there, because if you don't suffer it at first, you eventually will, because dirt can accumulate on the hanger (where the belt slides through) and cause issues with it retracting.

I had the same problem with my RX 300. The 400h seems slightly better but mine started to act up. Moving the seat slightly forward/backward helped. However, beware! I went to get my seatbelt out of my RX300 after I closed the door and was in a hurry and managed to slam the door with my hand between the top of the door by the window! I can't tell you the pain, but my hand didn't break which was a miracle. So now I have a phobia about these belts. They're very nice about replacing the belts though!
