I think a question mark after your title would best indicate your intent.
Estimates are that the 450h will be about 5k more than the 350, partly since it will include many options already in the price. Release date around June from what I've gathered. Lexus has been very quiet on any firm info though.

This is what they told me on chat on Lexus.com:
