There's a $2,500 dealer incentive on the 2009 GS 450h right now. You can pick one up for as low as $2,000 UNDER invoice. That makes it a very good deal.

 

Anyone brave enough to mod their controller to put more power to the electric motor?

In that time frame, you will be able to replace with a higher capacity battery and better electric motor that can handle even more juice. Lexus will probably use the same or similiar housing for it and it'll be interchangable. hmmm... could this be the new thang to a cheap but powerful mod? 0-60 in 3 seconds in your future.

 

i am betting on it! and if there's nothing available from lexus, i'm pretty sure i could hire an electrical engineer to upgrade/rebuild my GS with better hybrid parts.
