AutoWeek article on the RX450h
I've been a long time subscriber to AutoWeek (since the old style Newsprint days). I haven't always agreed with them but it's been decent 'library' reading. Their latest review on the 2010 RX 450h was less then favorable http://www.autoweek.com/article/2010...IEWS/100319846 . Several editors made their comments and it's pretty evident they either were biased to German steel or didn't spend enough time with the car to make a fair evaluation. If you feel the same, I urge you to make a comment at the bottom of their article.

No, I don't play soccer!
Obviously I don't need them to tell me what I like. You're right, the RX is too complicated to learn about and appreciate in a weekend. The second sentence of Wes Raynal's comment says it all. I should have stopped reading.
Nice rebuttal there!

I wouldnt say it was all bad. at least they liked the remote touch, the look of the SUV, and the fuel economy.
That said, they might not be wrong about the lack of steering feel etc etc which is not uncommon to say about a Lexus.

they should let my wife write the review. She does not like most aspects of my BMW but loves the 450h.
We did not buy it because we were going off road or hi performance driving--bought it as a refined daily driver.
Does it and more.
