Hello,
I'm looking at a used 06 tomorrow.
Just wondering if there any particular items I should look for. I know this is the first RX Hybrid, just wondering if there are any major problems.
Thanks

I have a 2006 RX400h have no trouble at all. One note make sure the tires are NOT GOOD YEAR there are numerous issues with those tires posted here. Mine came with Michellin's and have had no trouble with them at all when I replaced the tires I specified the exact same tire.

Congrats on your new RX400h!
Note to others: yes the Goodyears are terrible. I got 15k miles from mine and my dealer switched me to Michelins gratis (thank you).
Got 15,000 from the Michelins as well and paid for yet a third set of four (Michelins again). After 15,000 miles they too were unacceptable. Ugh.
Went outside of the dealer limitations of Goodyear/Michelin-only, and bought four Kumho tires. MUCH cheaper than either GY or Michelins. Better ride. Better traction. Much better wear (I have 70k total now on my 2006 RXh).
The Kumho's are the best decision I've made for the RX400h. By the way, don't embarass yourself by pronouncing them they way I did quite innocently (I'll let you figure that one out yourself). It's pronounced KOO-mo. Yes, they're cheap. Yes, they're Korean. Yes, I had my reservations, but read lots of glowing reviews on many online forums and came away figuring I had nothing left to lose, having been burned by the OEM tires from GY and M.
Google around for forums about them and decide for yourself. The only terrible part of owning my RXh has been the tires, and the Kumho's have solved that. Oh, and I wish there was an iPod jack like even cheap Hyundai's had when I paid 50 large for my Lexus, but that's a story for another forum. :-)
