Keep Looking or get them to lower the price. I don't think that vehicle is CPO, Lexus will only do CPO on 1 owner, less than 5 years old and/or less than 70k miles.
I just picked up a CPO 2006 400h with 46k miles for $26,140.

FYI: If you live with in 8 hours of Lexus dealer in SC; I would buy in SC because the car tax is a flat fee of $300. Just reg for 6 months, then re-reg is residing state. You could save $1500-2000 in taxes by going to SC.
