So I'm planning to take a trip from Beantown to NJ and will test the actual potential of Memorial Day traffic to see if I actually do get better gas mileage!
So left at 4AM and arrived at 9AM overall I could have made the entire trip on a full gas of tank I spent about $46.84 to fill up and drove 367 miles, cost of gas was $3.83 and it was 11 gallons to fill-up, overall my gas milege was around 34MPG at an average speed of 78MPH so wasnt bad I would say.
Ok well just to clarify things the trip was to wildwood NJ and Atlantic city and the price for gas down here is $3.83 today it went to $3.89 down where I live in beantown its $4.23 so yeah they got it good. So I tried using cruise control and had a steady gas mileage of 29.1MPG but when I actually drove the gas mileage got better, was really weird.
