Erica, I have headlamp washers on mine and I don't have the luxury package. Check the buttons to the lower left of the steering wheel. There should be a headlight washer button to the left of the button to open the tailgate. Or turn on your headlights and pull the wiper stalk forward to clean the windshield. Just make sure you do it when the RX is dirty 
About the only thing I would have liked to add to my special order were the folding mirrors. But I knew I couldn't get the luxury and sport packages together. Maybe somewhere down the line it can be added. In the meantime I'm enjoying the illuminated sills and other things I've done to my 450h

I just ordered the all weather front/back and cargo mats, plus the hybrid drive sticker for the back window
I can't bring myself to pay for the illuminated sill add-on, though the seed has been planted, so we'll see. I also had to order a little can of touch up paint because I backed into a blackberry patch and have a small but deep scratch on my rear bumper

My installer has someone that could probably fabricate rear illuminated sills. But I'm sure it would cost a fortune. I'd have to buy another set of illuminated sills to start out with. Ah, no thank you.

Erica, since you have the two little raised boxes in front of the headlight, go ahead and pull one of them up by tucking your nail under it. See if there is a nozzle. I wonder if Lexus was doing some cost savings and made all bumper with the raised patches so that they only need to make 1 design

Erica, I rarely use the headlight washers myself. Maybe in the winter when it's salty. Most of the times it's by accident. I go to clear the windshield and they come on because I have the headlights on. I always worry one of these times I'll break them. Believe me, you're not missing much.

Yeah people you are not missing much. I hate the headlight washer because the overspray is ridiculous. It gets all foamy over the hood and everything.
I also realize there is a typo on the Lexus website regarding the headlight washers. It says that it is part of the luxury package, but that you can also get them if you get LED headlights. Since i have both, I wonder if I paid for both. lol

I took delivery about 1 month ago (2011 RX 450h AWD- Silver color)....and just noticed this.....
in 2011 450h awd models..... do they offer:
-Motorized Folding Mirrors
- Illuminated Door sills
I don't have either option on my RX...and was wondering....
Did I forget to ask for these options? or are they Not available in 2011 for the 450h?
