That's great to hear. Probably feels like a new car to you! Especially if the battery was weak or dying before it basically failed. The battery pack plays such a huge role from the power standpoint in our cars.

What really stood out to me were all of those zeros on the invoice! Like I said in a previous post, that would have been a killer the the old bank account if you had to have this done out of warranty!

Did you notice that yours lost a step in acceleration. My service guy told me he had to reflash my ecu and that it may have possibly slowed my car down. It feels a tad slower.

Maybe... It feels pretty good to me, but then again - it's all relative to how much power the previous defective battery was putting out as well. In comparison to the other cars I drive, it's still incredible.

considering the hybrid engine contributes a significant amount of the torque, that's no surprise. it's like going from a V6 to a V8. That is good to hear that this happen to you under warranty and Lexus made no fuss about doing what had to be done.
