Is this a good deal on a CPO ES300H?

I am in the market for this car and was ready to buy a new one with extended warranty. Want the Ultra Luxury Package and MSRP is $48425 (dealer would have to order).
However I found a CPO with 3k miles for $44k at a local dealership with the same options. Not willing to budge much on price which was to be expected but car looks good. Any thoughts about what would be a fair offer?
Not an emergency that I get a car this minute but I know the hybrids with this option are a rare bird, just don't want to pay more than I should. Thanks in advance for any advice!

That's about a 10% discount off the MSRP. Some here have gotten that deal on a brand new car, albeit perhaps not with an UltraLux Packge which is hard to find on a 300h. If you can live with the Lux Package, I'd negotiate the 10% off MSRP, or try getting close to it.

Do you have a trade? I have found dealers of higher end vehicles will not budge on the selling price but will often be very generous with trade-in values.
Go back late in the day on the last day of the month - if they vehicle is still available, they will likely be much more willing to deal.

Not a good deal, the CPO is not needed the car is still brand new CPO is a waste of money thats about $2,500 or could be a little less but there is your starting point. Get rid of the CPO warranty, I would try to get a extended warranty later. Have them throw in some free stuff like all weather mats and a free oil change to sweeten the deal. Only buy when you feel happy with what your getting.
