The configurator is kind of wonky. When I tried earlier today, you could not get cross traffic alert with the luxury package if you got the new safety system. Seems odd they would do it this way.

Also looking at the pictures, there is an official picture of the top of the car with the UL full-glass roof and I don't see the extra XM antenna on the trunk. Also, to the left of the steering wheel is a button to swing close the side mirrors. I nice option, IMO.

My biggest stickler with my 2014 ES UL/ML (which I love, otherwise) is that I wish lots of info could be displayed at once either on the dash or on the main screen. I don't like having to keep clicking back and forth to get info I want to see. Off hand, it appears like the 2016 dash-info has more info at-once.

I have PCS (truly fully loaded ES) and it is interesting that it is very hard to come by nowadays. You can't even configure an ES on the Lexus.com website with PCS for 2015. Bummer for folks. So having the new safety package will be nice. Even PCS used to be $4000 or so and I had to pay $1500. But I use Dyn Cruise Ctl a whole bunch--one of my favorite features.

According to Lexus.com's Build-Your-Lexus it looks like the 2016 ES300h's Ultra Luxury Package does NOT include semi-aniline leather anymore!

I wouldn't assume that. The configurator isn't very reliable.

I looked at the official Lexus product sheet and Semi-aniline is NOT listed under the UL package--it says it includes "leather" instead of that Nuluxe crap.

I stopped by my Lexus dealer and picked up the new ES brochure which does list the semi-aniline leather in the UL package.

Longo Lexus, in El Monte, CA, where I bought my 2015 ES300h, is listing several 2016's for sale now.

I took a look at the Canadian Lexus website. Up north we don't get as many colour combinations as you do in the US, and I was disappointed to see the only interior colours now are black and flaxen on the 2016 ES. No more parchment.

I have a 2015 ES Matador Red, parchment interior and really like that combination. Not sure what I think of flaxen in that combination.

Although the features for the 15 model said the same thing about steering assist and it was false.

Nonetheless....500 for all that seems to be a shot fired against other manufacturers. I think Acura equivalent is $1000
It does pull you back into your lane. Test drive one yesterday.

In your other thread you mentioned it vibrates the wheel.

Can you actually let go of the wheel and let the car drive? That would mean it's more like the gs now
