I got it switched to ECO mode, thanks everyone!
I felt a slight reduce of power when operates in ECO mode, did anyone feel the same? Did anybody see a significant in MPG increase when using ECO mode?
FYI: My Prius ECO vs Normal is about 2-3 MPG difference, the ECO is so much sluggish compared to Normal. I feel the 450h ECO vs Normal is not that noticeable.

If you press harder on the pedal because ECO is on to go just as fast, probably no difference. In ECO mode it is easier to make fine adjustments to your power output. If you use this to nurse the hybrid power meter into keeping the needle just below the next zone, this can help somewhat to reduce the need for the engine to run. Extra effort but could help if you are going the extra mile (pun intended).
The most noticeable difference IMO is the climate control system. In ECO mode the climate system demands / fan speeds are lower when in "Auto", and this allows the engine to shut off more frequently.
Will it reduce fuel usage? Again, depends on the driver. If you spend a lot of time stopped, or crawling through traffic the reduced demand of the climate system can make a noticeable difference. If you are just cruising on the highway, probably no difference what so ever.
