2008 400h replace TPMS and valves on tire change?
Ordered a set of yoko tires online for $500 after rebate. planning where (either local tire shop or discount tire) to get it mounted but wanted to know what needs to be replaced as if I was doing it myself..
Should I change out the TMPS (110K miles) in fears that the battery will deplete. new valves? or just a rebuild kit. Do I need to reprogram the TPMS with the (especially if new ones are installed)
I know then the tires need to be balanced. and car needs to be aligned..

Just bought an extra set of wheels for my winter tires (Michelin X-ice) and a set of TPMS off ebay.
Costco took care of it all for the price of mount and balance and the valve rebuild kit ($12 I think). Not sure how long the batteries are supposed to last but Industry experts say 5-12 yr, so safe to say you wouldn't be out of line to replace the sensors based on the parameters.
