FWIW, the current tank calculated out to 33.1 when I refueled a couple days ago. Dash showed exactly the same. It’s pretty rare the dash matches, but it does occasionally happen. Usually the dash is about 1.5 mpg more optimistic than actual. Vehicle has 10,207 miles on it. Temps are now mid to upper 90s, so I won’t do that well on this tank…

30.3 mpg calculated. The RX said 30.3 mpg. Filled up with Sam's Club Premium 93 Octane. I had the RX in for its yearly service and checkup. I assume the idling during the service helped decrease my mileage a bit.

As long as your engine was warm, and I assume you drove the car there, it will shut itself off when not needed. So, it wouldn't have been running very long, It may not have run moving into the garage but it probably did start.

I figured that if it sat for a time they may have ran it through techstream to warm it up before changing the oil and filter. Also they put almost a mile on it, I guess a test drive. They also did a 4 wheel alignment at my request. I always look at the mileage and estimated mpg when I drop it off and pick it up. The estimated mpg always gets delivered back to me a little lower.
