Call Me Crazy
Friday, I took my 2015 RX450h to the dealer for the 5,000 check up. I got to looking at the new 2016 models and I drove a 2016 RX450h and a RX350. I loved the feel of driving the hybrid model, not so much the RX350. The dealer didn't have a red one available or anywhere else in the Southeast within 500 miles of middle Georgia. I got a great deal on my 2015 which I purchased in Jan 16, but now I want a red 2016 with all the bells and whistles. I told the general manager if you cant find me a red one I am still going home in a Lexus, he got a big laugh out of that. I guess I will have to wait too later in the year.

What don't you like about the rx350? For me I'm afraid to buy the RX 350 because of the AC noise and the hesitation people are complaining about, but I can't find a white 450 H that I want. And I think eight speed is too many gear for a automatic transmission. The RX 350 that I drove was shifting too much too fast, sometime it doesn't know which gear to Be in.

The 450h is slightly heavier which affects handling and could make it feel more solid. Also the lack of shifting makes it less jerky. The 450h comes with much more items standard which could explain the difference in interior.
