Awesome! Congrats on the purchase. That's one unique and beautiful color. What color is the interior? Please post a few more pictures when you have a chance.
It would be awesome if you could stay active on CL and keep everyone updated when your vehicles got past 100K miles since that's when the battery replacement concern sets in.
All the best,

Im2bz, just read your intro thread. What a change from a Civic. I started with Toyota hybrids 5 years ago with a Gen 1 Prius. Then 2 second Gen Prii.
Currently own a CT200h and a HS250h. I will be selling the CT to pay off the GS H. My wife drives the HS after we sold a Prius C. Once you own a Toyota hybrid, you cannot own anything else as this CL boards can attest.
My F Sport CT has just 7000 miles and it should sell for more than I paid for the GS H. Oh the irony.
Here is is a pic montage of my hybrids.

Shurik that interior color looks great with that meteor blue. Is the F sport grille a bolt on? Very sharp. As you see on the pic above of my HS, I put 3m vinyl to black out center cross bar. But on the GS....what are those 2 dots on crossbar? Plus, how does your Mark Levinson audio sound?

2 dots? I think you referring to parking sensors ;-)
Mark Levinson is great!!! our both GS's have ML. I only had to adjust audio setting to fit my preference in my GS.
I would recommend you to get leather cleaning supplies to keep your 'white' seats clean ;-) I used this product on my previous Acura's and Lexus now, CL members recommend some other good products too.

I guess I can't put vinyl wrap over crossbar...that would cover the sensors and look funny with 2 bumps. I have always kept my audio controls "in neutral" because I figured the recording studio knows best of ideal track balance better than I could. The only adjustment I have made is cabin speaker balance. I put the horizontal bar slightly left and the vertical bar slightly up from center "+".
Im now selling my CT 200h F Sport for same amount I paid for The GS. It has 7800 miles.

Congrats on the new ride. I just sold my 2013 450h this week and it was one of the best cars I've ever owned. Put 84k miles on it over a 33 month period and it ran like a dream. The dealer gave me $22k for it (Carmax offered $21k) so your $24k was a fair price. Enjoy the car and let us know how it performs after the 100k mark.

Matt - it's awesome that you have so much experience with hybrids! You got a great deal on your GSh, especially considering it is fully loaded to the peak!! Love that bamboo interior & steering wheel. Your interior color is beautiful too - I just hope you can keep it from getting scuffs. Leatherique makes good products, so I concur with shurik's recommendation there.
What color is your exterior paint? It looks like Meteor Blue Mica to me. I would love to hear how big of a change the GS 450h is in comparison to your other hybrid, once you actually receive the car and get some mileage on her. I'm sure you're counting down the days as I was when I had my car shipped over from Cali! Once suggestion that I'll make once you get your vehicle and you want to experience true hybrid power.. do all the preliminary checks (make sure it has enough air pressure in the tires and all).. then drive it around casually until you get the batteries charged. Once you find a good strip of no traffic & an open lane, put the car in S or S+ mode and gun in from a stop, especially if you can hold the brake pedal & get your engine RPM to above 2K rpm.. the car will FLY off the line and you'll experience massive torque unlike any other hybrid! If that alone doesn't make it all worth the purchase, I don't know what will. lol.
While I don't have nearly as much mileage on my GS450h as Badconexun (partly due to me relocating), it's been an absolute joy to drive and own since the day that I received it. No major problems for me whatsoever *knock on bamboo*
Btw, I love your CT 200h F-Sport.. especially the exterior color.. my wife drives a Prius as well (non-hybrid) and she's a fan of hatchbacks, so she would be screaming if I showed her your previous cars' picture, lol.
Congrats again. I hope we can continue to hear more from you. Don't shy away from checking out the main 4GS subforum here, that's where the majority of GS owners post and you may read a lot of interesting things about our vehicles there (not the hybrid of course, but in general a lot is similar to the GS 350).

Thanks for the great advice imbz2. I'm an average guy too. Over the years I keep ratcheting up the quality of my Lexus hybrids. I may of reached a peak (but..LS600h?). Yep it is Meteor Blue. Total of four 450h's on AutoTrader nationwide last week. Other 3 being silver, grey and black. I strive for unique colors. Slingshot a hybrid? Thought the "rheostat" our gas pedal prevented that. Will give it a try though. Once I get the GS, going to Lexus of Portland to go through her and putting new fluids (ICE, Converter, Differential etc) to start my own piece of mind on maintaining peak running condition. Just posted my CT F-sport on Auto Trader. Don't show the wife!
