I wouldn't buy an 08 LS600h right now, NEVERMIND for $40k. That is a foolish purchase.

The batteries are out of warranty. You wouldn't be able to get an extended warranty on it, and that is overpriced regardless of the mileage.

The battery is the only issue but the again I can replace them for less then $2500.00 His asking price is not set in stone. After thinking long and hard it's the color of the interior is what's holding me back from giving him a bid.
