Is it normal for the start of the gas engine to cause a "bang and shake" when it star

If you could be a bit more verbose, perhaps someone could understand your issue well enough to diagnose it.
Surely you can admit that you've been a bit cryptic.
If you spend a little time describing your symptoms, duration of the event, things that lead up to it, follow it, and as many details as you can - then perhaps someone will take a similar amount of time trying to help.
Just a thought.

I understand him. I know that shake oh too well.
Does it do it during normal driving or during cold starts only?
I am not sure they made hybrids with a four cylinder on RXs - but is it 4 or six?
Either way, my pretty decent guess is as follows:
1. oil leak back issue resulting in low oil pressure. Points towards failing connecting rods bearings. Was it ever run low on oil?
2. bad power train mounts.

Funny thing I did an ISC reset and a lot of the feel went away. However a upper motor mount prevents the movement of the engine also...It is located on passenger side by the brake reservoir.
