Auxiliary belt?

Auxiliary belt?
I have strange question haunting me.
AC compressor is electric, as it clearly runs when engine does not run.
Water pump - not sure, but then again, if engine does not run, it does not overheat anyway.
What exactly is auxiliary belt then for? Clearly wrapped around AC clutch? And likely water pump? I get water pump, but AC? Is it electric or not? And then how does electric AC run when engine is turned off and nothing spins clutch?

The only belt is the timing belt. The AC compressor is electric. The water pump is driven by the timing belt when engine is running. The Hybrid coolant has a electric pump. The Engine and Hybrid do not share the same coolant system....

Ok, I seriously doubt it is different on my 2012 Highlander Hybrid - but it surely has small belt running over 3 pulleys one of them being AC clutch pulley and one being main pulley. . Far as I know, RX and HiHy have identical powertrain.
