Default No Water Pump Listed On RX400h 90K Service

I have a 2007 RX400h with 70,000 miles. Because of the age, I'm actually overdue for my 90,000 mile service. My Lexus dealer offers a compendium 90K service package, but it doesn't include a water pump. I double checked my Lexus manual and a water pump replacement is not listed in their 90K service list, although the timing belt is as expected. Further, I understand there are multiple water pumps on the hybrids: two electric water pumps (heater water pump and inverter coolant pump), AND the standard engine water pump run by the timing belt. So...should I get no pumps; the standard pump; or all three pumps replaced as long as they are in there doing the timing belt? Thanks for any advice you can offer!

The timing belt and regular gas engine water pump should be done at the same time, along with a couple idler pulleys for the belt. I also have a 2007 400h with 78k miles and just had this done at a dealer with their "timing belt special" coupon for $998. The water pump had been slowly leaking for several months with pink crusty coolant and this service cleared that up.

The hybrid inverter cooling system pump is a small electric pump unrelated to the gas engine. Doesn't really need to be replaced unless it stops working. The heater water pump looks to be similar to the inverter coolant pump. Both of these are not near the timing belt/engine water pump and could be replaced separately if needed.

Log on to MYLEXUS and create a account with your vin # They have service intervals in a manual listed on that site for your vehicle.

Did you sign up and create an account, when I go on it list all factory recommended maintenance items by mileage. You have to go to resources and service schedule.

Personally when I change the timing belt every 100k I change water pump, just makes sense and gives me a piece of mind.
