Hello, I just bought my first Lexus but second hybrid. I had a 2016 Toyota Camry SE hybrid but just could not get used to driving a car. I've always been a truck/SUV guy so I traded the camry in for a 2015 RX450H with 52K miles. The vehicle is in great shape and runs perfectly. I love it. Still getting used to all the bells and whistles as it has just about everything (comfort & convenient, Nav, etc.). My wife had just bought a new '17 Genesis G80, AWD, ultimate package and was mad that I 'one upped' her. Hoping to keep this vehicle a long time so on top of the 2 year unlimited mileage warranty that came with it as a Lexus CPO, I opted to buy an additional 2 yr/unlimited mileage for $2,300. I've been scanning this forum and enjoy all the information shared.

Bought my 2010 RX450h about 18 months ago. Great car, and my next-door neighbor can't believe I get about the same mileage as his Mini.
I think the technology is brilliant; love the continuously-variable-transmission that really isn't a continuously-variable-transmission. Dealer gave me a warranty with it, and he replaced the rear lift struts (they were weak in cold weather) and the 12v battery. This one's a Keeper.

I recently bought a MY13 (Dec 2012 built) RX450h and just by starting to read the owners manual, I've found so much extra information in there, that it's mind boggling and I've barely scratched the surface.
I've also learnt some basics like leaving the transmission in N is generally a bad idea because the hybrid battery cannot recharge (better to leave it in Park or D).
Also, browsing through the archives on this excellent forum, I've picked up interesting things about the 450h that makes it much more sophisticated than the regular conventional RX350 - for example the cooling system goes through the exhaust system to speed up the warming up of the engine. So the RX450h is definitely more complicated than the RX350.
Enjoy your new vehicle!
