Hello,my 2008 rx400h heater blows warm on left vents and cool on right vents (never blows hot). The servos all work fine, replaced and coolant and bled air out, tried flushing heater core, still same. pulled code 62 from HVAC,cant find what the 62 is, disconnected battery and 62 comes back. I bought new radiator, used aux coolant electric pump,a used heater core, and 4 gallons of new coolant.
Any other ideas before I replace all this? thanks for any help, John.

i would cycle thru all the combinations of hot and cold for, windshield. AC on and off. Is there air flowing to the back?. Plug in techsteam and see if you can controller it from there. My guess is the service but you said you tested that.. something in the way? I bought a $15 endoscope camera that you can feed down the vent. Check on eBay and Amazon.

Several members had the same crack. I would but the tech stream on eBay and also the endoscope camera. They are cheap. I saw a post on the replacement of the heater core on a GX and it involve pulling apart the whole dash... Seems extreme.
