Oil change experience...
So, my LCPO courtesy complimentary 20k miles/4 services are spent. This next one was going to cost me in the range of $400.
Elected to do everything on the 40k myself (cabin and engine air filters, oil and filter, fluids, wiper insert replacements). The only thing I didn't do was rotate (I'm staggered) and brake pad thickness check which I had done a couple thousand miles ago.
I got the OEM Lexus oil filter, gaskets, engine and cabin air filters, and the GS oil filter tool through Amazon, replacement wiper inserts through Lpartsworld.com, and $45 for 7 quarts of Mobil1 Synthetic 0W-20 and my 40k service is done for a little more than $110. A far cry from the $400 my local Lexus was hoping for.
The DIY Dan videos helped but the 450 is a little bit different than a 350. Tools are the same and the book said 6.6 quarts of oil. The position of the filter canister looks different than other 4th gen. The filter tool still fits even though the housing seems different. Hardest part was finding a suitable jacking point.
Other than that. No issues all.

The 3/8 " drive center piece to unscrew and push in the plastic drain isn't even an option on mine. Just the oil filter cap wrench tool to unscrew the housing and it just gravity drains at the seal.
