Clicking noise- car won't start or respond to key fob
Is it a dead 12v battery?
I had to open the door with the physical key.
loud clicking sound coming from the hood.

Car has no starter, so it's not that.
MANY starting issues are related to 12V gone bad but, truly, there is no telling without scanner.
You can charge 12V and see what happens? Or, you can jump 12V via fuse box. There is large copper nut in its center, that's your positive and then ground is any exposed metal engine part.
