It looks like the f-sport battery has shorts :/ just my two cents... Wish I could help more; I want to get one of these cars.

hmm

the higher internal resistance could be from a higher temperature in the battery compared to the luxury numbers
the lower the temperature the lower the resistance , higher temperature causes ions to vibrate and more electrons collide, then resistance increases
so i would suspect the higher milliohms is because hotter battery
25degree Celcius would be pretty optimal for a battery
so if conditions are the same, the different temperatures is interesting, its alot
the older gen Gs450 I think had 2-3 fans aircooling hte battery , vents under rear seats i think ..
Not sure if the newer gen has the same concept , but if so there must be some vents somewhere. They could be blocked, oratleast it should be possible to measure a difference between the two cars on the air vented
someone on the forum probably knows how the battery cooling works on the newest gen GS 450h
Found a pic that could be for your battery pack ,, the only one i found ,,,

hmm odd indeed

usually its one "block " or a few that has an issue , not often all are faulty. that what i seen on prius at least...

I have the toyota "techstream" but i have not used it on my 450H yet , but it should also be able to give some useful info for the battery condition
here from an older posting that could be interresting for You https://www.clublexus.com/forums/hyb...d-battery.html

I can try connect my car to techstream in the weekend to see if any other interesting stuff there for the battery

increased temp because of increased ohm , and less power , can make sense
http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/a...nal_resistance

there are many articles regarding prius batteries on the net that can give You some information
but I think also You need to know what should be baseline on voltage and ohm and so on , and what is within toyota/lexus limits for a ok battery

Toyota/lexus must for sure have some docs on this...
and they should be able to test it as well
If You are located in Australia i think the following is the warranty :
29th June, 2009 Lexus Australia has announced it will increase all Lexus HV (hybrid) battery warranties to eight years or 160,000 kilometres, whichever occurs sooner.

I went vacation for 3 weeks outside the country and was surprised that the hybrid battery level in the dash did not change. It was nearly fully charged when I left and had the same reading when I turned it on.

My 450h has just over 85k miles on it.

With the higher resistance, higher temp and lack of power point to a failing battery pack?

Dr Prius App - I have noticed the F Sport whilst driving I am getting a red flash for too low voltage when battery is low and needs to start the ICE, as well as during engine braking too high voltage red flash again. The battery voltage block also changes to yellow as well frequently whilst driving. Picture below. The luxury model the bars stay green all the time.
Seems pretty definitive to me. Hybrid parts have an 8 year warranty, you should take your finding to the dealership and have them fix it under warranty in my opinion.

As a sidenote, what about the full battery test and life expectancy test functions in the Dr. Prius app? What do those result as?

On my 2013, the ECU is smart enough to limit RPMs to 3000 when doing that. Car doesn't budge at all.
