NX300h 2018. Discovered a lot of dirt and mud on inner lower sides of each front door and on in lower corner of each rear door. went to delership and the told me that it's the way it is designed. called Lexus openned a case (#1808161611 on 08/16/2018. Got a call from them today that nothing they can because it was designed that way. This is ridiculous. The should disclose that design flaw.

The problem was noticed and brought to Lexus's attention when the first NX's came out in 2015. It's really bad when slush and snow gets into the area you mentioned. If you check back on the forums you can read about a fix someone suggested to help with the problem.
Lexus refuses to correct the problem.

While some said the seal issue was minimized with the 2016 model compared to the 2015, my 2017 has the same problem.

everything on a sold product is a design choice...they taking you for a dummy. now whenever its broke or failing as a design go to dealer and have em fix it.

Get the oem mudflaps they help a lot with this "issue."
