We still have a 2015 RX350 and 2011 RX350 and I love our 2015 RX450 the best. It handles the best and feels more solid because of the battery weight. I do get better gas mileage that in the 350, but the 2015 350 uses regular gas and the 450 needs premium. I get about 20.5 mpg in the 350, but 24-26 mpg in the 450. For highway driving i get no better mileage in the hybrid. On perk is I get to ride in HOV and park in the closer spots for hybrids. I bought my used as 2nd owner with only 24k miles in it. The original owner order it with F sport front grill, heads up display, and every other option that was available in 2015. So my experience and comparison of the 450 vs the 350 is a bit biased based on the extra features. All that said, I would still probably by a 450 over a 350 for the difference in handling alone. If you switch eco mode off, you will get faster acceleration at starts. I have seen almost no mpg difference with driving in standard vs eco mode. If you really want to have the fast acceleration, you can always switch or sport mode which is crazy fast, but brings through gas quickly. One tip, when getting tires, spring a bit extra $ for high performance touring tires so that you get the performance benefits but also a smooth ride on highway and road trips. (Continental Extreme Contact DWS Plus XL) are the best I have driven in so far.
