Had mine about 6 weeks, hasn't done that once. I'd take it in... a lot of times reboots like that are crashes which, like other computers, can be fixed with software updates instead of swapping hardware. If you're lucky, that'll be the fix.

On the Generation 6 ES board here at CL, there were a number of reports of the same random rebooting of the infotainment system on Generation 6 ES cars.

About a day after I bought my 2017 ES, I had one of those random reboots. I had another one a couple of weeks later. In the 2+ years since that time, there have been no additional reboots.

Just like with other electronics, often a reboot will fix some other problem.

ok guess what!

My wife just told me her 2019 NX300h did the same thing rebooted up in front of the apothecary next to the firestation just like mine does she says.
same place mine has been doing it come to think of it, after I eat breakfast in the mornings at the apothecary and pull out on the highway leaving mine has been rebooting
so now it kinda makes sense it must be something causing both cars to do this like maybe a radio signal at the firestation???
