Regenerative Braking not charging after changing brake fluid
Just got the brake fluid changed out, and the regenative braking no longer charges to full. The needle will go about 15-20% of the way, and stop there. I’ve been driving the car for about 100 miles and it’s still acting like this.
Any ideas?
Im thinking that it could be something related to not doing the brake flush correctly (maybe the shop didn’t use techstream?)

If they didn't use Techstream then they didn't flush all 4 corners.A version of Techstream is essential to bleed the rears although you MIGHT be able to do the fronts the old fashioned way. When i first bought my 400h , my rear calipers were seized yet my regen still worked. It is very seldom to see FULL battery on the regen side. I don't think I've ever had it on mine but i have come very close. You may be at the end of hybrid battery life as well.
Brake bleeding and battery regen are not related in any way.

subscribed.... sometimes my vehicle will only charge that much, other times it will go to full. Not sure why but I have lived with it. Interesting a fluid change caused this in your case.

I've found that that guage on the left has movement directly related to how much pressure I put on my brake pedal. The longer i hold it down the dial goes back to 'zero'. Initially the dial moves A LOT but then it goes away.If i baby the brakes i can stop without any movement. You still have hybrid charging even without braking.
