Suggest you call Curt Trailer Hitches. I looked online and couldn't find that particular model, but the company makes great products at reasonable prices. I have one on my 450h.

I just completed an install of the Curt 13272 on my 2020 RX450h. Piece of cake. Hitch was in in less than 20 min. The 13272 is for the 350 and requires a little extra cutting on the underbody cowl, but a box cutter does it easily. I also filed the exhaust mounting holes open ever so slightly to lower the exhaust 1/4” away from the receiver. Although the mounting holes are slotted, the spacing was dead center and no force or filing was needed. Note that my vehicle has the towing package. I still needed the towing cable ($15). It is a direct plug into the provided receptacle behind the left rear bumper. This receiver is completely hidden except for the 2” opening and it is slightly farther back than the rear bumper - no bruised shins!

they have the 450 L (sorry if you also do, didn't see an L in yours)
many of us regular 450 people have hitches, OEM, or other options.

I’m also looking for a hitch kit for RX450HL. Lexus does not offer a hitch kit for 450hl/l. I also called CURT trailers, and they unfortunately also doesn’t have a kit for RX450L/HL.

Does anyone with RX450L or HL can confirm otherwise?

Anybody know what tow hitch that will fit a 2020 450hl. The Lexus parts website suggests the official one PT228-48180 will fit but the dealer can’t confirm anything.

Anybody know if the official one will fit or a third party one that will work.

I went and bought the 350L model from etrailer and will see if it fits. Will update once I get it

So I put the 350L hitch on the car and there were no issues. I would say that any hitch that fits a 2018 350l onwards will fit the 2020 450hl

Well It goes to follow that the Hitch that fits a RX 350 L and also fits a RX450h would therefor fit an RX450hl ??

So it seems that just because a hitch fits a RX long doesn't fit an rx450h,, I was trying to decipher which trim drives the design of the hitch , the HYBRID or the LONG? Like Scotlexus, I was willing to say that the long would determine the layout of the hitch

Still looking for a hitch for a 450HL. If the 350L aftermarket hitch fit, would it void my warranty, since not an approved kit specifically for the 450HL?

Below is the link to the tow hitch I have on my 2018 RX450HL !!! Even e-trailer doesn't know it fits even though I have told them. I would love to know if ANYONE can tell me where the 10 pin plug is on the HL.... its NOT the same as the H. I was assured by Lexus of Annapolis that it would NOT void my warranty . This is the hitch that their approved bodyshop uses.
