I had 2000 RX300 and sold at 2005 now I finally back to 2020 RX450H. It is good to be back RX family again and missed first gen which it has ZERO problem I sold at 80K mi still on original brake pad. I have question those driving hybrid, this is my first time and I feel engine little noisy and more vibrating on steering wheel. I'm not sure if this normal for hybrid drivetrain. It wasn't quiet as I expecting from lexus.

It's just the way the hybrid cars operate. If you think the v6 hybrids are loud, never get into a 4 cylinder version.
That said, the 2019 RXh is noticeably quieter than the 2012 in engine sound and wind noise. I think in general it is a very quiet car. The 2012 had a lot of wind noise.

I’m coming from v6 3.5 engine from Honda Pilot steering column virtual no vibration. My current 2020 rx450 I feel minor vibration when ICE engine kicked in. Kind like you won’t missed when engine running while my pilot can’t even feel it.

Hi, I just purchased the 2021 RX450h couple weeks ago and I'm loving the car. I've noticed how loud the engine is when starting up the car. It runs pretty loud for about 2 minutes, then it goes quiet (I guess the battery kicks in?). I only just found out about this when I tried to remote start the car. I have a regular V6 SUV and it is not as comparable to the sound it makes when starting up. I am wondering if this is normal?

i have 2017 rx 450h and it sounds similar, with the first minute or two louder. I think electric generator starts charging traction battery and if you are outside then louder and boomier exhaust noise can be heard due to cold engine load. Then it turns off so noise subsides.
Your recording sounds normal to me, IMHO

To Rx450h: My 2020 RX 450h F Sport is very smooth. No steering wheel vibration. Nothing to feel when going from battery to ICE. Always just seamless operation. Your vibration in steering wheel might be mis- firing spark plugs or tires out of balance or roundness? Suggest having the dealer take it for a test drive to see if they can duplicate vibration......
