Default 2019 es300h luxury mpg dropped to 35mpg on hwy

My Lexus mpg dropped to 35 on hwy with 9800 miles on it, took it to dealer twice, they couldn’t address the issue, any ideas or experience?

california weather is almost the same all the time, chevron gasoline, and even with premium gas has no difference.

So many variables to determine MPG...as noted elsewhere temp, elevation, speed (big factor), acceleration rates, is cruise on/off, A/C on/off, etc. The more info you can provide may help others chime in with ideas.

driving mode the same as I used to get 44mpg, like I said there is a drop, considering everything same as before.

Dirty air filter, wind resistance, longer idle... 35 mpg ain't bad at all.

I can’t think of anything else to suggest. I would visit with your dealer. Something is definitely off. That is quite a drop for the hybrid. Nearly 25% drop is definitely cause for concern.

I did change the air filter already, no difference found.

Why not just bring it to the dealer? Let them check it out instead of guessing.

I just discovered that turning on/off Lexus Concierge in the climate setting affects the mpg of my 300h. Apparently theres infrared sensors that track your body temp and adjust the cooling/heating system accordingly when using the concierge - although i could be wrong. But that's what made a difference for me in the mpg, that and also keeping a light foot on the gas pedal.

I believe dealers had training like basic inspections and oil change and nothing special to figure this out, I took it 2 times already and every time got a stupid answer. I assumed may someone experienced like me here to share it.
