2007 RX400H I have 100,000 miles. What do I need? ? for maintenance?

Default 2007 RX400H; 100,000 miles and MAF back on
Besides replacing the noisy brake actuator (yes, I missed the recall unfortunately) all was working well and now MAF IS BACK !! Could it be defective? Your advice is much appreciated

What exact code did you get.? Also at 100k miles the timing belt is due. at 125k the spark plugs are due (major job as the intake manifold has to be removed for the rear three plugs.)

I did timing belt and spark plugs. The codes I got on 06/19/2020 were PO101 and PO441 .
what do you think?

Have you checked or replaced the fuel cap? Also the Mass Air Flow sensor maybe clean it and also make sure the plug is seated.
