Default Tires for hybrids

Planning to replace tires soon on 2016 ESh. I’ve read the many forum threads on tires, but not much info. on hybrid-specific tires. Is it consensus that there should be no difference? I know that on Prius, for example, LRR tires are recommended, and provide a significant increase in MPG as compared to standard tires. What is the wisdom/advice from our longtime hybrid owners?

Oyy boy i can see the Hyrbid forum haters coming in here to say this is dumb places to put tire questions lol
unless one of yall planted this question here lmao joking.

Seriousloy tires in my mind doesn't matter hyrbid or not hybrid.
And there are already so many tire posts that someone will hate on this and ***** about it and say do a search find a tire debate without starting a new post about it lol.
i am not one of those guys that will say that.

i will simply say what I have had
I drive Bridgestone Blizzak in winter and very very happy with them
int he summer I have had bridgestone turanza don't like those are all.
Have he Micheline premier they seem to loosetheir tread way faster then the Mile warranty says they will.
Primacy MXV4 has a nice smooth ride but noisy at the same time.
Primacy Tour is great I like them the most so far out of all the tires I have had on my 2016 Hyrbid ES

As with most things in life, tire characteristics involve compromises.
What do you like about your current tires: quiet, good in rain/snow, MPG results?
Check out www.tirerack.com and look up your present tires and a couple others.
Check the boxes to Compare and also open up the reviews.
What are you willing to give up to get what you think you want...
Worth more $'s to get it all? Need year round traction but it lowers the MPG?
