Are rx400h imported from America to EU bad?

what do you know about this trend?
i see lots of rx400h from USA here in lithuania
are they all troubled and flooded?
how to check?

Carfax report and VIN check.
Most likely, knowing used cars paddlers, they ARE trouble. One way or another.
