Default Newbie Question on RX400H hybrid battery

Hi there, I own a 2000 RX300 but thinking of buying my friend's 2007 RX400H with 134K miles on it. I test drive the car and it runs pretty smoothly and the battery/engine seem to transfer power alright. The timing belt has been changed a few years back. The car was kept in the garage for a few years and he drove it around every few weeks or so. Now my question is:

- Would that sitting around deplete the capacity of the Hybrid battery?
- Is there a way to find out the capacity of the battery (I think the only place is Toyota dealership, right?)

Oh, is there other thing that I should watch out?
Thank you.

You can find cells voltage with apps like Dr Prius. there is, lately, plenty of them available. If vehicle was driven every few weeks, I'd not be worried much.
