Noise and vibration in Lexus RX 450 hybrid
Does anyone have the excessive noise and vibration in the hybrid that people complain about in the Lexus RX 350? Was considering purchasing the rx350 but after reading about the vibration and noise problem, I am hesitant to take the risk. Does the hybrid have the same problems?

no vibration, and no noise , the rx450 is butter smooth. Zero regrets, and when if get a rx350 loaner, I can't wait to get my 450 back,
the complaint some might have about the 450 if they are being picky, is the engine noise that remains constant when accelerating, because of the cvt it holds an rpm, and does not shift. so it could hold 2500, 3k rpm or more until you reach the desired speed, if that makes sense.
the toyota cvt is bulletproof and not the bad cvt that uses a belt or chain connected to a pair of variable pulleys, so don't get concerned or worried. eCVT uses electric motor/ generators to control the speeds of planetary gearset components. This allows the eCVT to continuously change the gear ratio, keeping the engine’s rpm in the sweet spot.
worth a test drive to compare them, it was an extremely easy decision for me. I did not pay too much attention to mileage, or split hairs on when the return on gas would brake even. The 450 is so smooth, the experience driving was worth the upcharge for us, The adaptive cruise control is super smooth as well with the cvt.
hope this helps, and hope your search goes well.

I have an vibration issue on my new RX 450h F Sport (2021). I've tried to replace wheels and tires, also visited a several tire services with request for tire balancing - the vibration is still there (80 mhp / 130 kmh). Dealer says: Yes, there is a slight vibration, this is normal :-(
I'm not happy with the driving comfort on the highway with my new RX450h (2021).
p.s.: I had got a previous gen. RX 450h (2011y) - no issues, I really liked the car.

I'm sure you've made your decision by now but I just wanted to chime in and say that I recently purchased a 2022 RX 450h and it is without a doubt the smoothest, quietest, most elegant ride I've ever experienced in a car. Granted I have only had the car for about a month. But I have made two 700 mile round trips to visit my mother in that time. One thing I have to watch out for is how easily my speed can climb. I've decided to always use cruise control. And with adaptive cruise control that's effortless on the interstate.
