Is the 12 volt battery good? Even though your car has a hybrid battery the standard 12 volt battery will cause all kinds of issues if it's no good. You need a scan tool as well to see what the computer has to say.

If there is water intrusion the worst thing you can do is try and start the car. Might need to take it an expert.

It'd be helpful to better describe the water damage that happened.

Was it a windshield leak, in a flood or hurricane or totally submerged? What got damp, what got really wet?

It’s was a flooding the water was up pretty high and I turned off my suv in the water, and yes it’s seems my 12v battery is good I put it to charge overnight marks 12v, And every time I try to start it nothing my dash stays on with some pretty bright lights.

Sounds like driving into flood waters (not parked), how high is high? was it up above the door jamb? Up into the dashboard?

Also how long ago did this happen?

Default This happened last Friday.

I was driving into a bit of water and then a big trailer passed by and it threw some water at me a wave came up to my front windshield it. Some water got inside a good amount I dried up most of it picked up the carpet and dried up.

Default I am no car expert but I really appreciate y’all’s help fellas

Hopefully I can get it back running it’s the only car I have at the moment and I’m short on cash. Payed for my welding school literally one day before the accident and that took a big check.

I'm no hybrid expert, lots of members on here can help much more than me.
Access to a scanner can help to see codes and plz use proper caution, they say there is high voltage hybrid components under the back seat and when they get wet the car will not work.
*** plz get someone to help you that knows about hybrids for your safety if you are a noob ***

Here is some links about water getting in the battery compartment under the back seat.
