There is no scheduled maintenance for valve clearance adjustment normally they stay in spec for the life of the engine. Honda has (or had) the ancient screw and nut adjuster for many years even on their high performance engines it's a royal pain to deal with.

Is this for every lexus gs even the lexus gs 350 non hybird petrol engine?
So if valve adjustment is never made for LEXUS GS 450H the engine wont fail i am asking because my car is probably 350.000miles at least or more and i am missing service history so this was probably never done so i dont know if i need to perform such maintenace in order to avoid critial or big failure... or future issues.

I don't know much about the GR series of engines in a relative sense since I've never torn into one or rebuilt one. From what I understand the engine has roller rocker arms and a hydraulic adjuster which via oil pressure keeps the proper clearance. The hybrid vs non GR engine is largely the same valvetrain is probably exactly the same or nearly so.
Either way there is nothing to do in respect to "valve adjustment" keep up on oil changes and you're good.

i have been personally looking into the car and it was 90 ,000miles in year 2015 , no service car history since then , via web site service checks and other things they gave result 350,000miles approximately at least in Europe and in Bg they clock cars a lot, so they return miles as much as they can.

Nothing like getting hot oil all over your hands and smelling burning oil smoke from the oil splashing on the tube headers with the valve covers off.
