Default Any changes between 2017 and 2018?

Hi there, I'm looking at buying a 2017 or 2018 450h...and just wondering if there were any noteworthy changes?

Specially I'm hoping to get the most "advanced" lane keeping system... The 2020 are a bit more than I'd like to spend right now...(as I would just wait for a 2023...)

Since no one has responded yet, I will chime in. The 2020 RX has an updated navigation system and a few other changes, I believe there were no changes in the tech or styling for the 2021 and 2022. In this crazy time of high used car prices. I recommend you look at the 2020 or wait for the 2023. Keep in mind the V6 used today may not be an option for the 2023 model. Either way you will enjoy your new ride.
