Default 2022 NX 350H mpg

Researching the NX 350H and was wondering those that have one if are achieving the posted mpg for city and hwy compared to the Rave4 and Venza? My wife does a lot of in town. Had a 2020 RX 450H and loved the vehicle but mpg was 5 miles difference from the sticker estimates for hwy\city. We also had a 2014 Lexus 200 CT and loved it but outgrew it with grand kids. Thanks for the info.

Personally, I'm hitting the rated MPGs and sometimes better. I drove about 5 miles in some traffic and hit close to 60mpg. But as all things on this topic, it's variable based on driving habits, weather and even wheels.

We’ve been averaging in the mid 30’s.

We are new to hybrid but I discovered that with the climate in auto, starting up in the morning the gas engine will start to warm up the interior.

Turning off the climate and backing the car out of the garage and going down the street it stays in electric. I do this now when I need to move the car to wash it or work in the garage.

It can get “cold” here in Sacramento CA area but normally mid 40’s in the early morning this time of year.

I’m sure the mileage will increase this spring/summer because the ac is running off the hybrid battery.

🤞

Default Three weeks of conservative driving

Initial 2hr trip home from dealership averaged 35mpg on regular fuel that dealer provided. Since then, added premium fuel and switched to Eco mode, now averaging 40.5 with conservative driving.

Only have about 90 miles on the car, but my wife has been the primary driver with a lead foot and almost all highway, and the computer is saying 37MPG. If I were commuting with the car, would probably be in the mid-40s.

Just under 1,000 miles on our 350h and I think the average is close to 37mpg. Combined city and longer mountain driving

Default 2022 NX 350h - 1,035 miles

Just broke 1k miles - Using Premium Fuel - 20" tires - run flats. City driving in Eco mode around 37mpg. Highway drops to 34. Still learning though. Turning the A/C on drops it a little. I try to stay in EV as much as possible (not pushing EV button just taking it easy). Its summer weather and from what I am hearing from others, the cold weather will drop MPG. I'm hoping after the break in period the MPG increases - can't come soon enough with the fuel prices at $6 a gallon in Kentucky. I will clear the fuel history again soon to see if this makes a difference.

Unfortunately, we use premium

After a few more tanks I might see if I can get a baseline on premium then switch to regular and note any power or mileage differences

Default Averaging 6.2L/100km on my 350h

I'm planning to do the same too.

In my 350h I'm averaging 6.2L/100km (~38mpg). But I've definitely had trips where my average was like 5.5L/100km (~42.7mpg) and even had 4.5L/100km (52.3mpg). The secret is to drive a hybrid like it's meant to be driven and maximize the electric component.

I only have 660kms on the car since I got it. However, I have a long 1800km roundtrip road trip planned in a couple of weeks and will see if I notice any difference. I have just fine my first full up side I got the car and I filled up with premium. I reckon a couple more fill ups and I should have a baseline.

We're should compare notes.😁
