It would be helpful if you gave some idea of your usage. Do you drive it a lot or very little? Does it sit unused for long periods? Do you run the radio when cleaning the car without the car being in ready mode? Do you leave the car running, but in neutral at any time, with any accessories running?

All of these things can affect battery life as much as any kind of fault.

I probably use my car a couple of times a week. Those couple of times are for a couple of hours. My yearly number of miles is less than 5000 miles. Very rarely am I using the accessories without driving.

I’ve never had Costco test my battery to see if it’s still good so I just put a reminder in my iPhone’s calendar to get a new battery before the warranty runs out. I use the 10mm wrench that came in the glove box and swap it out in the Costco parking lot and return the old battery so I don’t have to make another trip and/or pay a core fee. However, next time I’m taking a small 12V battery and some wires w/ alligator clips to keep from having to reset all my settings while I’m changing the battery out.
