2007 Lexus RX400h has several dash lights on and says check VSC system. I checked if it was throwing any codes and I get the C1391 code. It sometimes (more than not) starts shaking in the front of the car while I’m driving and usually goes away for a while after I’ve come to a stop and start going again. Feels like the abs system is malfunctioning but I’m not much of a mechanic hence why I’m here.

Same issue..C1391 error code with bunch of lights. It is 2008 RX 400h with 120k miles. What options do I have.

I had the same issue yesterday, after changed all brake lines and front rotors, started with Check VSC system lid up, road test brake system is weak but still able to stop, went home use Techstream to read code and reset it! road test again brake finally ran great!
I think I was hammer the front rotor out causing the sensor fault.
